Your wedding day transportation is more than just a way to get from point A to point B; it's an opportunity to make a statement. So when it comes time to decide on your wedding car, look for a ride that matches -- and even enhances -- your wedding day style. When you start scouting wedding car rental companies, make sure they have the sort of wheels you're looking for -- probably not a problem if you're looking for a classic white limousine, but maybe tricky if you have your heart set on a vintage Aston Martin. A lot of wedding car rental companies will have a wide selection of styles, from classic Rolls-Royce to American-made muscle cars. And remember, you're free to think outside the automobile when it comes to wedding transportation. We've seen weddings where the couple made their getaway in boats, wagons, helicopters, and even parade floats! If you're not sure which wedding transportation will work best for you, check out our gallery of wedding transportation ideas to see how other brides and grooms got around on their wedding day. And before you choose a wedding car rental company, be sure to read our articles about transportation cost, tips, and trends to make sure you've got all the transportation know-how you need. Remember: Your wedding car will be in plenty of pictures, so you want to make sure you pick the right ride.
Believe it or not, the answer is yes. In all 50 states, if you carry full-coverage insurance (that means Liability, Comp, and Collision) your insurance will automatically carry over and cover you when you rent a car from us – regardless of what you drive or what you rent. And it's for the same reason that if you're driving down the highway in your Camry and you happen to knock a Ferrari off the road, your insurance will cover the damage.
Ok, we're really, really trying not to be heartless here, but know this: When someone calls to cancel a rental, there's an 80% chance that they use the death-in-the-family excuse with us. (yes, we've measured.) We've heard it so much, that A) we can't believe that so many people would stoop so low, and B) We don't believe it anymore. We're very sorry if you actually have a death in the family, because there are a lot of people out there who cry wolf and have ruined it for you and made us cold, heartless automatons.
With so many options of classic car rentals for weddings, its important to take your time and choose the right car. We highly recommend going and seeing the cars before the wedding date. With lots of options of classic cars to choose from you will be unique and trendy. Unlike the traditional wedding cars most couples rent such as the Rolls Royce or also the ever popular Cadillac Escalade or Mercedes G550
Our goal is twofold: To offer exotic car rentals that can't be found anywhere else; and to offer a level of service that far surpasses what clients in the northeast have come to expect from a traditional "car rental" company. We recognize that exotic cars are only half the rental equation -- without high-end service, particularly in a place like New York City, clients are not getting their money's worth. Gotham Dream Cars aims to offer the same level of service for clients renting a supercar that they would expect when buying a supercar.
Car hire excess insurance is a must for car rental – it is designed to lower the expensive excess you would have to pay towards the cost of repairs if you had an accident. However, you can end up paying over the odds for a policy at the rental desk when compared to buying a standalone policy in advance. Book with our partner, iCarhireinsurance, and save up to 65%.
Unfortunately, we've had bad experiences in the past with underage drivers getting their hands on our exotics after their relative rented the vehicle to 'drive them' to prom. So we don't do any prom rentals, full stop. However, if you're a parent and want to arrange to rent one of our luxury sedans to be 'chauffeur' for the night, we're happy to accommodate - just make sure that YOU make the call!
OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE Rentalcars.com is an online car rental booking service that arranges third party car rentals from leading car rental companies around the world. I recently booked a car through Rentalcars.com and their booking process was simple and efficient with terms of the rental booking clearly outlined on my booking confirmation and Rental Voucher . When I arrived at the Orlando airport car rental company reception desk, I was informed that a Supplementary Liability Insurance charge and Insurance Handling fee would be added to the amount specified on the Rentalcars.com Rental Voucher. This additional insurance charge and fee were neither mentioned or disclosed during the booking process, nor were they included on the Rental Voucher. In spite of my strong objection to these additional and undisclosed insurance charge and fee, the Orlando airport car rental company insisted that both were mandatory and had to be paid. Other than cancelling the booking, I had very little choice but to reluctantly pay the amount charged. Upon my return home, I immediately contacted the Rentalcars.com Customer Service department to register a complaint against this particular car rental company’s unethical business practices and to intercede on my behalf in obtaining a full refund for these additional and undisclosed insurance charge and fee. My complaint was received in a professional and most courteous manner and after completing their investigation, a full refund was obtained along with an explanation that the supplementary insurance charge and insurance handling fee that were sold by the car rental company as mandatory, were in fact optional. I can say that the Rentalcars.com customer service department provided outstanding customer service and greatly exceeded my initial expectations. It is evident that Rentalcars.com values their customers and that their customer service department walks the talk and provides more than lip service to their clients. Well done Rentals.com and I would not hesitate to recommend Rentals.com online car rental booking service to family and friends. Ottawa, Canada
